Abby is a staff attorney at the Twin Falls office. During law school she was a student clinician with the Earthrise Law Center where she gained experience with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA), Comprehensive Environmental Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), and Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
Growing up on a farm on the Salmon Tract of southern Idaho instilled a deep understanding and passion for water law issues that led Abby to pursue a law degree with a specific concentration on environmental law.
