Marten’s attorneys have helped develop over 2,500 megawatts of electric power generation facilities and transmission projects over the past three decades.  In particular, Marten has substantial experience in the growing field of renewable energy, including in the development of over 1,500 MW of wind capacity and the permitting or acquisition of significant solar facilities in Oregon and Washington.
