Bill leads finance, operations, technology, human resources and risk management across Marten Law’s four offices. Immersed in almost every endeavor of day-to-day operations and strategic project implementation, Bill is an essential member of the Marten Law team.

Bill is an executive leader with a career of accomplishment working for customer-centric, professional, service & technology companies, and he has a proven track record in the areas of operations leadership, strategy, metrics and process improvement. In his work prior to Marten Law with The Mountaineers, Eaton Group, MeteorComm, United Rentals, DHL, and Airborne Express he brought together leaders from across the organization working in concert to achieve the objectives of the organization.

Bill leads executive-level teams responsible for the design, development, and implementation of high-value-added services as well as the transformation of processes & methods and implementation of innovative technologies to drive improvements in client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Bill works closely with executive-level client stakeholders and brings their feedback to the senior management team to ensure the organization responds rapidly to improve service quality and to ensure operational performance exceeds client expectations.

Bill is experienced in working with executive teams in corporate strategic implementations of complex financial projects including mergers and acquisitions.


  • Leader of strategic project implementations ensuring timely design, development, testing, and implementation of high-value products and services, operations improvement programs, and innovative technology solutions that drive client/customer satisfaction and organizational effectiveness

  • Leader of strategic initiatives including mergers & acquisitions in response to changes in industry structure as a result of changes in client preferences, regulatory regimes, and technological innovation


  • Bill earned his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Washington graduating with honors.
  • He received a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations), Bachelor of Science (Industrial Engineering) and Master of Arts (International Policy Studies) from Stanford University.
