Marten Law Expands Water Practice with Addition of Portland Partner Douglas MacDougal

(Portland, OR) - Marten Law welcomes Douglas MacDougal as a partner in its Portland office.

MacDougal is a leading water rights lawyer in the Pacific Northwest, with over thirty years of experience in water rights, natural resources, and real estate law. He has been lead counsel on numerous complex water negotiations in water basins involving federal, tribal, environmental, and private party interests and has substantial experience in contested water cases involving water right transfers, stream and groundwater hydrology, and native rights. He joins Marten Law from Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt.
