Marten Files Amicus Brief in Gun Violence Prevention Case

Marten Law filed an amicus brief in federal court in the District of Massachusetts on behalf of pro bono clients Everytown for Gun Safety, the Giffords Law Center and other organizations supporting a lawsuit brought by the Mexican government against gun manufacturers. The brief focuses on the application of public nuisance doctrine to the marketing and sale of certain firearms. Marten attorneys James Pollack and Lawson Fite contributed to this amicus brief.
