James Pollack to Chair American Apparel and Footwear Association's PFAS Working Group

Marten Associate James Pollack was appointed as the new Chair of the American Apparel and Footwear Association (AAFA)'s PFAS Working Group. In a statement from the AAFA, "James will lead our work as we continue to respond to new regulation on PFAS, develop AAFA’s overall PFAS strategy, and develop best practices and guidance to help AAFA members to come into compliance with new PFAS regulations."

Representing more than 1,000 world famous name brands, the AAFA is the trusted public policy and political voice of the apparel and footwear industry, its management and shareholders, its three million U.S. workers, and its contribution of more than $350 billion in annual U.S. retail sales.
