We were engaged by a national cement company to act as counsel to prosecute an action in Washington State to obtain insurance coverage from its insurance carriers for claims made against one of its subsidiaries. OII Landfill Cleanup

At this $1 billion landfill cleanup near Los Angeles, we initially represented 54 “de minimis” parties in negotiations with EPA and with a group of “work” defendants.
